Shifts vary; expected weekly hours range from 25 to 40, with some days as early as 4:30 AM. This is a seasonal position through January 2027, with a $18.00 hourly rate plus a $1.00 shift differential for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stay on your feet during shifts.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfort working in both heat and cold in a warehouse environment.

Job description

OnTrac is hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates / Package Handlers for our Columbus, OH location.

This is a seasonal position expected to last until approximately January 2027.

Address: 1302 London-Groveport Road Lockbourne, OH 43137

Pay: $18.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Shifts: (Variable days; approximately 3-5 days/week, average of 25-40 hours total weekly)

• Days: 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM or End of Sort (Part-Time)
• Afternoon: 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM or End of Sort(Full-Time)

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
