Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Fairfield, OH. The role supports warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. Expect early morning shifts from 3:30 AM to 8:00 AM or until end of sort, about 4 days per week totaling 16–20 hours, at $17/hour.

As part of the team, you will unload, sort by ZIP code, and load deliveries while maintaining a safe, clean workspace and adhering to company policies. Eligibility starts at 18 with physical stamina and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50–75 lbs.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures (heat/cold).
• Shift pattern: approx 4 days/week, 16–20 hours total.

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.

Pay:$17/hr

Shifts Hours: 3:30 AM until 8:00 AM or End of Sort.

Variable days; approximately 4 days/week, 16-20 hours total

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.
