Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of related warehouse, shipping/receiving or material-handling experience.
• Comfortable using computers and ready to learn SAP WMS.
• Understanding of warehouse layout, bin logic and picking strategies.
• Strong attention to detail when checking shipments and inventory.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and lift trucks safely.
• Reliable, team-oriented, follows procedures.
• Commitment to safety, quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate inbound processing by comparing packing slips with bills of lading, invoices and orders, and maintaining files on purchase orders and packing slips.
• Use SAP WMS to enter records, perform receipts and create production bundles, including inventory transactions, label creation, assembly and moving finished bundles into stock.
• Ensure inventory integrity by identifying discrepancies, processing returns, inspecting materials against finished-goods standards and correctly labeling products going into stock.
• Navigate the warehouse using the bin sequence and RF scanning to pick, store and locate materials, and perform physical inventory counts.
• Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely to load/unload and move products between areas.
• Prepare outbound shipments by examining stock, packaging products and labels, and sorting parcels by destination.
• Help ensure orders leave right the first time by checking product, quantities and addresses and documenting issues.
