Job summary

Steelwrist, a growing global manufacturer, is expanding its U.S. operations in Newington, Connecticut and seeks a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of parts.

You will load and unload using forklifts, verify materials, and maintain ERP records to keep production moving efficiently. Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling.
• Good forklift experience and safe material-handling practices.
• Experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship parts and finished products.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Verify incoming/outgoing materials against orders and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Support material flow to production and ensure parts are available as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Participate in inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support process improvements and digitization of warehouse procedures.
