Job summary

Modern Builders Supply in Mentor, Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Rooftop Loader to support rooftop deliveries, stock shingles, and fulfill customer orders. You will handle loading/unloading heavy materials and help keep the warehouse organized.

We provide training, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to advance into CDL driver, sales or operations roles. Hours typically M-F 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with periodic Saturdays during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to get on rooftops to load and move materials.
• Capable of physical work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist rooftop deliveries by stocking residential roofs with shingles via crane or conveyor.
• Fill customer orders.
• Load and unload heavy materials.
• General warehouse work including maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and facilities.

• Assisting rooftop deliveries by stocking residential roofs with shingles via crane or conveyor

• Loading and unloading heavy materials
• General warehouse work including maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and facilities

Qualifications And Skills

A successful Warehouse/Associate Rooftop Loader candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up.
