Job summary

Modern Builders Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Rooftop Loader in Defiance, OH to stock shingles on rooftops, fill customer orders, and handle loading and unloading heavy materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role offers weekday hours, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to get on rooftops to load and move materials.
• Capable of physical work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction.

• Assisting rooftop deliveries by stocking residential roofs with shingles via crane or conveyor
• Filling customers orders
• Loading and unloading heavy materials
• General warehouse work including maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and facilities

Qualifications And Skills

A successful Warehouse Associate/Rooftop Loader candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up.
