Modern Builders Supply (MBS) is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Rooftop Loader to support rooftop deliveries, stock materials, and handle warehouse tasks at our Defiance, OH location. The role emphasizes safety and customer service while performing heavy lifting and loading duties.

We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a growing Midwest distributor. Work hours are Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to get on rooftops to load and move materials.
• Capable of physical work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assisting rooftop deliveries by stocking residential roofs with shingles via crane or conveyor
• Filling customer’s orders
• Loading and unloading heavy materials
• General warehouse work including maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and facilities

We will invest in training, resources and guidance.

Qualifications and Skills

A successful Warehouse Associate/Rooftop Loader candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up.
