Job summary

Charlie's Produce in Phoenix is hiring warehouse workers to maintain product stock for the picking crew, receive shipments accurately, and manage inventory locations. You will pull orders, prepare items for delivery, and package produce items on the line when needed.

Schedule is 6:00am to 4:00pm with rotating days off; overtime may be required. Compensation is USD 19.00–20.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse/picking experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in frozen (-10 F) and refrigerated (36 F) environments.
• Must have intermediate English skills (reading/writing/speaking).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight time lines.
• Team Player.
