Job summary

Charlie's Produce is seeking hard-working warehouse staff to join our growing operation in Seattle. You will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers, while performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system.
• Prepare partial orders for delivery to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
• Follow food safety quality standards and procedures.

The Role

We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers; and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

• Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
• Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degrees
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs frequently
• Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities
• Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours
• Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
