Job summary

Charlie's Produce is seeking hard-working warehouse workers to join our Phoenix operation. You will maintain stock for the picking crew, receive accurately and track inventory locations, and pull partial orders for delivery. Prepare and package individual produce items on the line when needed.

This safety‑sensitive role operates 6:00am to 4:00pm with rotating days off, and overtime as needed. We emphasize reliability, a strong work ethic, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse/picking experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and high level of effort.
• Ability to work in frozen (-10 F) and refrigerated (36 F) environments.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must have intermediate English skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight time lines.
• Team player.

The Role

Responsible for maintaining a steady supply of product in stock for the picking crew; receive accurately as well as keep a running account of all inventory and its locations. Pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers. Prepare and package individual produce items in bags and bunches on the line when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1 year warehouse/picking experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and high level of effort
• Ability to work in frozen (-10 F) and refrigerated (36 F) environments

Additional Compensation Details:

• $19.00 per hour Dependent on Experience
• Potential 90‑day performance‑based raise
