Job summary

ICU Medical is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to receive products, verify invoices, and move shipments for accurate inventory reporting. You will secure the receiving area, prepare packing lists, and ship orders using Oracle systems.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years in warehousing, forklift certification, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must have good verbal and written skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a fast paced warehouse environment.
• Current forklift certification is required; stand-up forklift preferred.
• Pallet jack certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive product deliveries and ensure order and invoice accuracy.
• Move shipments to locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure building security by verifying drivers at receiving door.
• Arrange and tidy warehouse and aisles daily.
• Prepare packing lists and shipping documents.
• Audit shipments against bills of lading for completeness.
• Pull and ship orders from Oracle picks.
• Operate and troubleshoot warehouse equipment safely.
