Product Support Associates are TEAM members within the Bob’s Discount Furniture organization and play a vital role by ensuring Stores receive and stage merchandise in a manner consistent with the Company’s core values and creative vision. They assist and enable Stores to achieve established Sales expectations. The primary function of a Product Support Associate is to work with Store Management and Visual Merchandising to maintain warehouse safety, showroom merchandising standards, receiving and inventory guidelines, and to perform day-to-day back-end operations according to established Company guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and ship merchandise, observing all guidelines to limit shrink
• Stage Showroom and/or Outlet for merchandise receipt according to Visual guidelines
• Assemble merchandise carefully to limit damage
• Prepare unsold merchandise for shipping
• Coordinate and expedite customer product pickups
• Assist in conducting inventory as required
• Exhibit The Bob’s Way in all customer interactions
• Maintain safety standards
• Keep warehouse and showroom clean and organized
• Assist with Café duties as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible 5-day retail schedule including nights, weekends, and most holidays
• Ability to work well in teams and follow directions
• Effective communication and active listening skills
• Ability to move and lift objects
• Contribute to store success

Compensation

Base pay: $16 per hour (excluding commissions, incentives, bonuses, etc.)
