Job summary

National Oak Distributors, merged with Integrated Supply Network, seeks a motivated Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing and shipping operations. This role focuses on accurate order picking, packing, labeling, and inventory control using RF scanners and pallet jacks.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, perform cycle counts, data entry, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse while adhering to safety and shipping guidelines.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate RF scanners.
• Proficient data entry and order processing in English.
• Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments against purchase orders.
• Sort, store, and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare shipments with proper packaging and labeling.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure safe handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and document activities.
