National Oak Distributors, Inc. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in New Jersey. This role focuses on receiving, warehousing, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with RF scanners, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role, which supports our growing automotive

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and order processing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English language.
• Experience with order picking and packaging.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper warehousing procedures.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to shipping guidelines.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including packaging and labeling, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including housekeeping duties.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and data entry.
