Job summary

National Oak Distributors, Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain inventory control.

The ideal candidate is proficient with RF scanners, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer data entry.
• Experience with order picking and packaging; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments against purchase orders.
• Sort and store inventory in designated locations and ensure proper warehousing procedures.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments with proper packaging and labeling, compliant with shipping regulations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory management to maintain stock accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes and data entry.
