Job summary

National Oak Distributors (NOD) is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate in Alaska to join our logistics team. You will handle receiving, warehousing, and shipping, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory using RF scanners and data entry.

You will contribute to timely order fulfillment, safety, and housekeeping while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and precise in handling warehouse tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication is required in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with order picking and packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch with proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Load and unload trucks and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Assist with shipping/receiving processes and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries.
