OnTrac in Compton, CA is seeking a Seasonal Package Handler to support holiday deliveries. You’ll earn $18.00/hour with weekly pay and overtime eligibility. Shifts are 4–6 hours on weekdays, with two schedule options.

No prior warehouse experience is required as training is provided. This temporary season runs from 10/27/26 to 01/01/27, offering a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment during peak period.

• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Location: 375 W Apra St. Compton, CA 90220

Pay: $18.00/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift

• Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 4-6 hours. End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

What You’ll Need

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
