Job summary

Emerson's Southaven, MS warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Pick/Pack on the 1st shift. You will be accountable for accurate picking, packing, shipping, and kit assembly, while maintaining safety and organization across the facility.

You will join a team focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to cross-train and support multiple departments as business needs require. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
Kit materials into boxes, cases, and other packaging configurations
Handle, identify, and move materials in accordance with safety and quality standards
Support daily warehouse operations, including housekeeping and organization
Cross‑train and provide support in other departments as business needs require

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

For This Role, You Will Need:

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items
Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day
