Job summary

Staples is seeking warehouse associates to join our Supply Chain Team. You may work in any of six areas, including bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping. You will operate material handling equipment to move products, maintain safety, and support daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• If hired full-time, ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes weighing 70–100 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick products up to 100 lbs.
• Assist with warehouse receiving, putaway, and returns operations.
• Support shipping by organizing, stacking, and loading customer orders onto pallets.
• Maintain safe work practices and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• May be assigned to multiple roles (SC1/SC2) based on business needs.
