Innowave Marketing Group is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to manage inbound/outbound freight, inventory, and order fulfillment in our Worcester area distribution team. The role offers pathways to leadership and warehouse supervision as you grow with the company.

The ideal candidate will understand freight operations, work with NetSuite or similar systems, and maintain inventory accuracy while delivering excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, distribution, freight, or shipping/receiving.
• Experience coordinating LTL, FTL, parcel shipments.
• Experience using NetSuite ERP/WMS for receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of freight documents (BOLs, packing slips, carrier paperwork).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments.
• Schedule and communicate with carriers and brokers.
• Review BOLs, packing slips, and shipping docs.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect freight for damage and ensure proper receipt.
• Resolve freight discrepancies and communicate with carriers/internal teams.
• Monitor shipment status to support on-time delivery.
• Receive/inventory using NetSuite; perform cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse locations and optimize storage.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow policies.
