Innowave Marketing Group LLC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Associate in Worcester. This hybrid role blends hands-on warehouse duties with administrative and inventory control responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys both physical tasks and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse/shipping/logistics, proficiency with NetSuite ERP/WMS, and strong organizational skills. A forklift certification and ability to lift 50 lbs are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/shipping/logistics or inventory control experience.
• Experience using NetSuite ERP/WMS or similar inventory systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience.
• Knowledge of cycle counting and warehouse KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving and shipping transactions in NetSuite.
• Generate shipping documents, packing slips, labels, and BOLs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support reconciliations.
• Assist with inventory audits.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; load/unload trucks.
• Coordinate freight shipments with carriers and brokers.
• Ensure timely and compliant freight processing.
