Ryder is immediately hiring Permanent Part Time Warehouse Associates in Bay City, MI.
Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:
- Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Overtime Pay: $31.50 per hour
- Schedule: First Shift, Sunday to Tuesday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of related warehouse experience required
- One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
- Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including maintenance and recognizing mechanical issues
- May need to operate manual and automated warehouse equipment (e.g., packaging line)
- Powered industrial truck certification
- Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety and work instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to input data into WMS systems
- Work overtime as assigned
- Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Flexibility and self-drive in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up practices
Responsibilities
- Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
- Load and unload trailers, ensure accurate scanning, and train dock employees on procedures
- Perform picking and packing duties, check for damage
- Handle materials according to policies and procedures
- Perform material moves with physical and logical transactions
- Participate in team activities for improvement
- Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
