Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: 2460 NE Griffin Oaks St, Hillsboro, OR 97124

Store: ORHIL Public Store

Shift: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: Up to 28 hours/week

Overview

Join us as a Part-time Warehouse Associate at our branch in Hillsboro. You will be central to our operations, managing inventory and supporting our distribution processes. This role offers potential flexibility after onboarding, training, and performance achievement.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain inventory at the branch.
2. Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts.
3. Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Perform additional duties to support branch success.

Required Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient with computers.
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
7. Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
8. Attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
9. Ability to lift packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
10. Pass drug screening (applicable in certain locations).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, receiving, shipping, or sorting.
