Schedule: May - Aug. M-F, 30-40 hours/week; Sept. - April, 15-20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

1. Use a radio-frequency gun (RF) to fill, package, and ship orders accurately and promptly.
2. Process incoming products, checking for damage.
3. Determine order status at any given time.
4. Answer phone calls politely and accurately, take messages, or refer calls appropriately.
5. Follow tag and hold procedures for shipments and keep hold area accessible.
6. Follow special instructions for orders and report discrepancies to management.
7. Label outbound materials correctly.
8. Ensure documentation matches actual quantities/items.
9. Keep the warehouse area clean and organized.
10. Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Experience with Handheld RF Units (preferred).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
