West Shore Home is a technology-driven, nationwide home improvement leader seeking a Warehouse Associate in Buffalo, NY. You will support shipping/receiving, stage materials for installations, and help keep inventory accurate while ensuring tools and supplies reach job sites on time.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay around $20.00, paid training, and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities to grow within a growing company serving over 40 locations.

Formación

• Warehouse experience, working with shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading and packing slips, document discrepancies, and route goods to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable inventory levels, conduct periodic physical counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools.
• Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide necessary tools and supplies, and deliver parts or materials to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; perform light building maintenance and assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow and promote safety protocols, maintain regular in-person attendance, communicate discrepancies to leadership, and work overtime as needed.
