Job summary

West Shore Home in Altoona, IA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily installation tasks. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with hours varying.

Responsibilities include staging materials, delivering parts to job sites, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. Eligible for paid training, health insurance, 401(k) match, and PTO among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Smartphone or smart device required for two-factor login to company systems.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: inspect deliveries, verify quantities, document discrepancies.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: monitor counts, conduct physical counts, stock trucks.
• Support Daily Installations: stage materials and provide tools for jobs.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: keep clean, safe, and organized; assist with basic maintenance.
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: follow safety protocols, attend regularly, and work overtime as needed.
