West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate at Altoona, IA to support shipping, receiving, inventory and daily installation tasks. The role requires reliable attendance, basic forklift experience, and ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries, stocking trucks, staging materials for jobs, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and flexible overtime as needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries, verify quantities, document discrepancies, and route goods to departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable levels, conduct counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are stocked.
• Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork/materials for jobs, provide tools, and deliver parts to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep area clean, organized, and safe; perform light maintenance and snow/ice removal.
