Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Buford, GA to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily installation tasks. The role requires forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

The position offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule (6 AM–4 PM) with opportunity for overtime and growth, plus comprehensive benefits and a strong culture focused on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience, shipping and receiving preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading and packing slips, document discrepancies, and route goods to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable inventory levels, conduct periodic physical counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools.
• Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide necessary tools and supplies, and deliver parts or materials to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; perform light building maintenance and assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow and promote safety protocols, maintain regular in-person attendance, communicate discrepancies to leadership, and work overtime as needed.
