Job summary

IKEA in Paramus, NJ is hiring for a permanent full-time warehouse associate. You will support order fulfillment across channels, receive goods, and move stock to storage or floors, while following visual merchandising guidance.

Overnight shifts are required, with pay ranging from $23.23 to $32.82 per hour and full benefits. You will handle goods, operate scanners, and maintain inventory accuracy, with power equipment certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks of the role.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across sales channels with accurate stock and replenishment.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receiving.
• Move products to storage or selling floors and perform space replenishment per guidance.
• Pick and prepare customer orders within the agreed timeframe for strong customer experience.
• Handle goods including unloading, transporting, stocking, and loading.
• Operate scanner equipment and inventory management IT systems, and certify powered equipment.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

The hourly rate pay range for this role is $23.23-$32.82
