Job summary

IKEA in Paramus, NJ is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to support order fulfillment, receiving, and replenishment across store channels. You will move goods, manage inventory, and ensure high-quality customer service through accurate picking and stocking.

Working 34-40 hours per week with overnight shifts (3:00AM–1:00PM, Mon–Sat), the role offers benefits and a competitive hourly wage in a dynamic retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical demands: lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring.
• Certification in power mobile equipment (forklift, pallet jack) preferred.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

HOURS – 34-40 hours per week. Must have complete open availability working OVERNIGHT shifts from Mondays to Saturdays, between the hours of 3:00AM to 1:00PM

The hourly rate pay range for this role is $23.23-$32.82
