Job summary

Prime Meats LLC is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to support daily distribution center operations on a Day Shift. You will safely handle inbound/outbound orders, assist with receiving and inventory, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading according to customer specifications.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 110 lbs, and comfort working in refrigerated environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and reading skills.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
• Some positions require operating a forklift to retrieve products stored up to 35 feet high.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently squat and kneel, and lift 80–110 lbs as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the E-Verify employment verification process.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting company standards.
• Unload inbound trailers and containers manually or by using pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Receive, count, verify, and record inventory accurately using the Warehouse Management System.
• Move products throughout the distribution center, prepare pick locations, and accurately pick, pack, sort, and load outbound orders according to customer specifications.
• Follow all company safety policies and promptly report any hazards to management.
• Perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working for extended periods in refrigerated environments ranging from 32°F to -6°F.
