Job summary

We Ship Express Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our St. Charles facility. The role involves receiving, preparing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime during busy seasons. No prior warehouse experience is required, but reliability and a team mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Assist with cross-docking, box assembly, and other warehouse support functions.
• Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management.

We Ship Express is a nationwide provider of warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics services specializing in the wine, beer, and spirits industry. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help support our daily operations at our St. Charles facility.

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in receiving, preparing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare shipments by packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
• Verify order accuracy through quality inspections
• Assist with cross-docking, box assembly, and other warehouse support functions
• Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management
