Job summary

Graham Personnel Services in Browns Summit, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving to join our team. This role handles incoming and outgoing shipments, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with some flexibility. This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to work well in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and package outgoing orders according to customer and company requirements.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safety-compliant.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
