We Ship Express is a nationwide provider of warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics services, seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our St. Charles facility. You will support receiving, preparing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team, with opportunities to learn multiple warehouse functions and grow your experience in distribution operations. Overtime may be available during busy seasons.

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist with cross-docking, box assembly and other warehouse support functions.
• Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management.

Shift

Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in receiving, preparing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare shipments by packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
• Verify order accuracy through quality inspections
• Assist with cross-docking, box assembly, and other warehouse support functions
• Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequently use hands to handle, grasp, and move products
• Bend, squat, reach, kneel, and climb as needed
• Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
