Job summary

Performance Team in New Jersey is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, and distribute materials in a fast-paced setting. You will lead a group of 10+ employees, follow schedules, and ensure accurate handling from receiving to shipping.

This role requires reading production and shipping orders, organizing items, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with pay between $18 and $20 per hour and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a group of 10+ employees in warehouse operations.
• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined criteria.
• Fill requisitions and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
• Assemble customer orders and place orders on pallets or send to packing/shipping.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed and ensure accuracy.

Summary:

Receives, stores, and distributes material and products withinwarehouseby performing the following duties.

Monday-Friday,

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition todetermineitems to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predeterminedsequencesuch as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assemblyline.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Marks materials withidentifyinginformation such as labels.
• Recordsamountsof materials or items received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution withinplantto ensure conformance to company standards.
• Arranges product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers.

Responsibilities

Leads a group of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation. Responsibilities includeabilityto lead,motivateand direct team efforts while informing department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PayRange:

$18.00- $20.00 per hour

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
