Cart.com is hiring a Fulfillment Center Associate to support our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You will work across warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required; you will learn on the job and contribute to a high-quality, safe operation. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to take on varied tasks in a hands-on warehouse setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with handheld scanners or WMS is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Restock inventory and perform cycle counts for accuracy.
  • Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.
  • Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies.
  • Assist with kitting and promotional packaging as needed.

The Role:

As a Fulfillment Center Associate at Cart.com, you are a vital part of our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations. You'll work across various warehouse functions to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork to support our clients and customers.

What You'll Do:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics
  • Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
  • Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies
  • Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging

What You've Done:
  • No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn and work hard
Nice to Haves:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment
  • Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
  • Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
