Job summary

ITAD USA® is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Carrollton, TX, responsible for sorting, picking, packing, loading/unloading trucks, and scanning orders. This role offers an opportunity for growth in an exciting industry.

Ideal candidates should have warehouse experience, familiarity with inventory management systems, and the ability to lift heavy objects. The job type is full-time, with shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, and offers health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general labor experience preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• 1 year of production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and sort inbound inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and high quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.

Skills

Experience in Reverse Logistics or ITAD

Proven working experience as a warehouse worker

Proficiency in inventory management systems

Familiarity with 5S and Lean production practices

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift heavy objects

High school diploma or GED

Education
