Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, receiving, and shipping. You will assist the Operations Manager to ensure accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and organized facilities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and familiarity with shipping/receiving software, safety procedures, and DOT basics.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on warehouse operations and logistics workflows.
• Interaction with third‑party vendors, drivers, and contractors.
• Physical labor including lifting, driving, and equipment handling.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving software, safety procedures, and DOT basics.

Responsibilities

• Open and close warehouse facility according to schedules.
• Receive, inspect, and record shipments.
• Ensure inventory is checked in and placed correctly.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, and box truck.
• Support compliance with customer requirements for handling, packing, and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
• Monitor staging, loading, and delivery of materials.
• Support warehouse performance metrics and improvements.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and staff.
• Assist Operations Manager in resolving on‑site issues.
