Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

• Report any discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.

Skills

Experience in Reverse Logistics or ITAD

Proven working experience as a warehouse worker

Familiarity with 5S and Lean production practices

Some of the Warehouse Associate's responsibilities include sorting, picking, packing, loading/unloading trucks, and scanning orders. Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and sort inbound inventory (pick, unload, label, store)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills

• Experience in Reverse Logistics or ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) preferred
• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
• Familiarity with 5S and Lean production practices
• Good organizational and time management skills
