Job summary

DecisionPoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC. You will receive, store, ship, and pick inventory and parts, while leveraging NetSuite and IntelliTrack to process orders, RMAs, and shipments.

You will maintain inventory accuracy and train new associates to uphold consistent processes. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in warehousing, familiarity with ERP systems, and a forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of warehouse, receiving, or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience in IT hardware or electronics distribution is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and with material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics and Service Managers with daily administrative tasks.
• Assist with receipt, shipment, and picking/restocking of parts and equipment.
• Process rental returns and RMAs in line with SLAs.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are processed on time and deadlines met.
• Make corrections to RMAs, receipts, transfers, and shipments per procedures.
• Enforce Warehouse SOPs and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist Finance with reconciling purchase orders and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse presentation and organization per safety standards.
• Use NetSuite, IntelliTrack, and related systems to monitor inventory records.
• Plan and execute regular cycle counts and full physical inventory.
• Investigate inventory issues and coordinate adjustments with Logistics and Finance.
• Promote inventory integrity and accountability.
