Job summary

StaffSource seeks a Warehouse Associate to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will operate RF scanners, Pallet jacks and forklifts, maintain accurate records, and help ensure safe, organized warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and data entry.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and follow safety procedures.

• Basic math for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process shipments with equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with care and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records via data entry in warehouse systems and ERP platforms.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch and support storage optimization and safe practices.
• Assist with cycle counts, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
