Responsibilities include operating forklifts and cherry pickers, scanning inventory, inspecting for damage, and contributing to process improvements. A forklift certification and ability to lift 100+ lbs are required. We offer competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs and work in a physically demanding setting.
• Familiarity with handling large, fragile items such as windows and doors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience; experience with window and door products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely receives and ships materials and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and cherry pickers to move products.
• Inspect inbound/outbound products for damage and report issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, hazard-free warehouse.
• Identify process improvements to enhance safety and productivity.
• Load and unload heavy materials as a team.
• Track inventory using warehouse scanners.
• Report damaged, held, returned, or nonconforming products.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
