Job summary

Wachter, Inc. in Lowell, AR is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work independently to complete tasks efficiently.

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with inventory handling, and familiarity with digital workflow tools. Forklift certification is a plus. Normal hours are 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory management, including shipping and receiving.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar digital workflow applications.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch while performing duties.
• Able to lift or move at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship orders.
• Receive freight and parcels.
• Record all received items in the computer system.
• Kitting and preparing equipment for projects; loading vans.
• Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.
• Completing daily responsibilities and job duties with little to no supervision.
• Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
• Adhere to all required project safety requirements.
