Job summary

Wachter in Lowell, AR is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to process orders, receive freight, and maintain inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work 9:30 am–6:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Strong computer skills and forklift certification are a plus, with competitive pay and robust benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory management including shipping/receiving.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office or similar software.
• Ability to stand, lift at least 50 lb, and work 9:30 am–6:30 pm.
• Experience as Warehouse Clerk or with shipping companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship orders.
• Receive freight and parcels; record items in system.
• Kitting and preparing equipment for projects; load vans.
• Maintain quality and professionalism in workmanship and customer relations.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and adhere to safety rules.

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory management, including shipping and receiving.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar digital workflow applications.
• Able to work 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Monday through Friday.
• Experience as a Warehouse Clerk or prior experience working for a shipping company is highly desirable.
• Certified to operate forklifts or willing to get certification.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch while performing duties.
• Able to lift or move at least 50 pounds.
• Prepare materials for projects.
• Ability to professionally answer phone calls.
• Highly proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Self-sufficiency, able to efficiently complete tasks unsupervised.
• Take initiative and responsibility.
