Job summary

Aramark in Crossville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive, process and prepare orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the facility safe and organized.

You will operate pallet jacks or forklifts, perform regular counts, and document records. The role requires reliable, physically active individuals with basic math and computer skills; 18+ years old and high school or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items and report discrepancies in deliveries and invoices.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishable items.
• Train and operate pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts as needed.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products to warehouse areas or client locations with carts or PIV.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete administrative duties including inventory logs and equipment inspections.
• Maintain clean work areas and comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.
