Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Warehouse Worker to receive, process, and prepare orders while keeping accurate inventory and high safety standards. The role involves labeling, inspecting, organizing, and stocking products, with potential forklift or pallet jack operation as needed.

Candidates should be reliable, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb, and comfortable with basic computer tools and administrative records.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and up to 35 lb on occasion.
• Some locations may require a valid driver's license; MVR may be checked.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishable goods.
• Train and operate pallet jacks, and possibly forklifts.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products to warehouse areas or client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts as scheduled.
• Complete admin duties like inventory documents and logs.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety procedures.
