Job summary

Aramark Corporation in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Worker responsible for receiving and processing inbound products, preparing orders for transport, and maintaining inventory and quality control.

You will operate pallet jacks or forklifts, follow SOPs, perform cycle counts, and keep accurate records on paper or handheld devices.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lb, steady movement around the facility, and strict adherence to safety policies and PPE use.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver's license; an MVR may be run as part of pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting products, labeling items, and reporting discrepancies.
• Organizing and storing incoming products in assigned locations with FIFO controls for perishables.
• Operate manual/electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts as needed.
• Picks inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products to different areas of the warehouse or client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts based on location schedules.
• Complete administrative duties and records (inventory counts, logs, inspections) in paper or handheld systems.
• Maintain clean work areas and enforce safety policies including PPE usage.
• Ensure security of client and company assets.
