Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive, inspect, label, and organize goods while maintaining strict inventory controls and safety standards. You will prepare orders, perform counts, and document activities in a busy facility.

The role emphasizes operating jacks or forklifts, adhering to SOPs, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. A strong focus on teamwork and compliance with PPE and OSHA guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb with frequent lifting and up to 35 lb carrying.
• Some client locations may require a valid driver's license; MVR may be checked.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishables.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Pick inventory to fulfill orders and requisitions.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload, and transport items to various locations using carts or vehicles.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete admin duties like inventory documents and logs.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies and PPE usage.
• Ensure security of client and company assets and interact with stakeholders.
