Job summary

Best Promtions is a Texas-based subsidiary of HPG. The Warehouse Associate - Inventory will be responsible for receiving, unloading, organizing, and distributing inventory throughout the warehouse to support daily operations and meet production deadlines, while maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

The position involves receiving shipments, verifying quantities, shelving materials, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipping documents.

Qualifications

• Accurately identify product by size, type, style, color, or item number
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Ability to understand and execute instructions
• General understanding of the warehouse functions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous Warehouse and distribution experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receives product coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly
• Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking product against the packing list
• Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items. Appropriately report/record any discrepancies
• Accurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner
• Assembles, pulls and fills orders to be shipped to customers, under tight deadlines
• Preparation of all required shipping documentation
• Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly
• Ensure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis
• Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned

Warehouse Associate - Inventory

The Warehouse Associate - Inventory will be responsible for receiving, unloading, organizing, and distributing inventory throughout the warehouse. This position plays a key role in ensuring production team members receive the correct materials in a timely manner to support daily operations and meet production deadlines. The associate will also maintain accurate inventory organization, follow safe material-handling practices, and ensure the warehouse remains a safe and orderly work environment.

Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.
