Job summary

SanMar in Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Associate III. The role runs Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm with a pay of $18.50/hr and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. You will unload and load trailers, sort and palletize products, and use RF to track items within High Jump.

Responsibilities include order preparation, data reporting, and supporting DC functions such as inventory audits and invoicing. Requires forklift experience, OSHA-certified lift operator status, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4-6 years in a warehouse environment with loading/unloading.
• 1-3 years operating forklift or heavy equipment.
• Certification in SanMar Lift Operator per OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers and operate powered lift equipment.
• Prepare and pack orders; pull materials and place in delivery area.
• Generate reports to support error resolution in receiving.
• Support distribution center functions including inventory and invoicing.
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure safe operation.
